before booking a call

You can go straight to a Rebuild if you have clear leadership alignment and the problem is well-defined. But in most cases the Diagnostic produces a faster, better Rebuild, we're not spending the first weeks of a 90-day engagement figuring out where the fragmentation actually lives. The Diagnostic fee is credited toward the Rebuild if you proceed.
The CRO, CEO, VP RevOps, or COO is engaged and accessible, not just aware. Revenue engines don't change when leadership delegates execution entirely to middle management.
The first 3 Rebuild clients receive meaningfully discounted investment in exchange for a published case study, 2+ reference calls, and permission to quote results publicly. This is a trade of price for proof, not a pricing signal, case studies and references carry real commercial value at this stage of the firm. The specifics are discussed during the discovery call, and founding terms retire after the first 3 Rebuild engagements are complete.
We work with the stack you have and rebuild the systems layer so it connects. We take no referral fees from vendors, recommendations serve your outcome. Sometimes the fix is better integration; sometimes a replacement. We'll tell you which.
$5M is right in the sweet spot, our fit is recurring-revenue companies in the $1M to $20M ARR range whose growth outran their systems. If you're pre-product-market-fit, we're probably early. The Diagnostic is a low-risk way to find out.
Two months of asynchronous availability, access for questions, adjustments, and troubleshooting as your team starts running the rebuilt engine in live situations. It's not unlimited hours, but it's meaningful coverage during the critical post-launch window when adoption is won or lost.
